Yoroi bridge (Yoroibashi) was built across Nihonbashi river, Tokyo in 1872. The bridge in the print is a steel-frame truss bridge, however, now you can see the copper bridge rebuilt in 1957. The streetcar used to run on the bridge during Taisho period (1912-1926).
Format is Ogata-chuban. Condition – This print has excellent color and detail. Diagonal fold across lower left margin. Slight soiling, a few creases.
