This print depicts sparrows perched on a China rose. Part of Toshi Yoshida’s rarely seen 1982 series depicting a different bird and tree or flower for each month. This series was commissioned by the Franklin Mint, and printed in Toshi Yoshida’s studio in Japan. These attractive designs feature lovely detail, attractive color, and soft bokashi shading.
